WEBSITE & SERVICE TERMS
Clear authority before local coordination begins.
These terms explain the website's role and the boundaries of a sourcing discussion. A written engagement controls the project-specific work when one is agreed.
Effective 22 September 2026
Website use
These terms apply to use of www.cnbuyco.com and an initial sourcing discussion. The site is intended for business users assessing China sourcing coordination. A website page, inquiry, chat message or preliminary reply does not itself create an agency appointment, purchase order, payment authority, inspection appointment, shipment instruction, commercial guarantee or contract.
Use the site lawfully and do not present website information as a confirmed supplier recommendation, inspection result, shipping instruction or authority to act for another party.
Service scope
A written scope may cover supplier-information comparison, sample and order coordination, inspection planning, evidence collection, packing-record coordination and shipment handoff with a buyer-appointed provider. The scope must identify the product, service steps, decision owner, fee basis, deliverables, exclusions and exception process.
Product safety or compliance, legal advice, customs filing, insurance, carrier performance, payment processing, factory control, product warranty and final commercial terms are not assumed services unless a written agreement identifies the responsible party and exact scope.
Supplier information and project records
Supplier information, samples, photos, documents and inspection observations are reviewed against the agreed project brief. They are records for buyer review, not an unconditional guarantee of supplier identity, product performance, ongoing capacity, legal compliance or future delivery outcome.
Where an inspection is included, the written scope should define sample method, checkpoints, tolerances, evidence, acceptance owner and treatment of exceptions before the inspection takes place.
Payment, logistics and handoff
Do not make a payment, issue an order, release goods, change consignee details or approve shipment from a website page, chat instruction or unverified email. Payment recipient, order details, product acceptance, packing, freight appointment, insurance and export/import responsibilities must be confirmed through authorized project documents.
A written engagement or project document supersedes these website terms where they conflict and should identify the contracting party, applicable law, dispute process and commercial responsibilities.
