Privacy for buyer-led sourcing projects.

Information received

We may receive business contact details, company and role information, product specifications, supplier details, order or sample information, quality criteria, shipping records, correspondence and other information you choose to provide. Our web server also records ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, date and time for security and service operation.

How information is used

We use information to respond to a sourcing inquiry, understand the buyer brief, coordinate an agreed project, maintain the communication record, protect the website and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations. We do not sell buyer, supplier or project information.

Please do not send payment-card data, identity documents, passwords or access credentials through ordinary email or WhatsApp unless a secure and agreed process has been established.

Sharing

Relevant project information may be shared with a buyer-authorized supplier, inspector, logistics provider, professional adviser or other party necessary to an agreed scope. We limit sharing to the information needed for that purpose. External platforms such as WhatsApp process communications under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, project record, ongoing relationship, security review or legal and contractual obligations. Access is limited to people who need the information for the relevant work. No internet transmission can be guaranteed fully secure, so use the communication channel appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, or ask us to stop using it for a particular non-essential purpose. We may need to verify the request and retain limited information where necessary for legal, security or contractual reasons.
